The restroom in residential unit may include toilet, Sink Vanity, Shower Area, and Bathtub. There are 2,3,4 pieces restroom according to how many plumbing fixtures are in the restroom. A 2 pieces restroom only provide toilet and do not have the bath function. A 3 piece bathroom provides toilet and washbasin, shower or bathtub, and can meet all basic daily hygiene needs. The 4 piece bathroom provides toilet and wash basin, shower and bathtub, which can meet all the basic hygiene needs of daily life, and can provide users with two choices of shower or bath.

A two-piece bathroom, the minimum clear space size should be 120X120. After deducting the width required by the door, the depth of the wash basin is about 35~40 cm. It is necessary to use a very small wash basin. The overall size is tight and slightly narrow . The recommended size is 150X135. This size can also accommodate an normal sized piping shaft. The depth of the wash basin is about 50~60 cm. Common wash basins on the market can be used. There is also more space around the toilet for toilet paper holders and towels.
